Fundacja Leonarda

What are we doing?

We create an inspiring space for discovering yourself and the world — designing workshops, development programs, and educational initiatives that spark curiosity, support creative thinking, and build the courage to try new things. We accompany people in their search for passion, strengthen their sense of agency, and show that learning can be an adventure. We connect people, ideas, and experiences so that everyone can develop their best qualities, gain motivation to take action, and make a real impact on their surroundings

Who are we?

We are the “Leonardo's” Foundation — a team of people united by a belief in the potential of every individual. We create a space that fosters growth, curiosity, and the courage to try, supporting those who want to better understand themselves, discover new possibilities, and act with purpose. We inspire, accompany, and spark change, because we believe that small sparks can ignite great processes of development — both within people and around them.

Kasia – Erasmus+ project participant

I had the opportunity to work with the Leonardo Foundation on Erasmus+ trips, and it was amazing! Thanks to that, I gained wonderful experience that contributed greatly to both my professional and personal development, and the cooperation itself went really smoothly. Communication with the people from the foundation was great, and their support was truly fantastic — I felt that I could always count on them. 🫶
I would gladly take part in the foundation’s future projects and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I participated in Knowing the Drawing project in Tleń, Poland 16.01.2026–25.01.2026 and I was thrilled! Such an unique experience that encouraged me to be more creative, taught me how to simplify my thoughts and put them on paper with an organised structure and easier to understand. The trainers were great and always helpful. The atmosphere and the participants felt so refreshing. It was very healing for me and I left it with new skills and great forever memories!
